- The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the cabin. Please book for the correct number of people in your group. - Under no circumstances can we have guest throwing wild parties. Our resort is constantly monitored and guest will be asked to leave with absolutely no refund. - No smoking or drug of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - Please do not disconnect or remove any electronic devices installed in the property. - Garbage/ trash must be in bag and inside the trash can. - Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

Our cabin is located in Summit View, a cabin community located on a primary road just off the parkway (you will get the gate code upon confirmation), catch and release pond, paved to the cabin. Easy and quick access to all of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Wears Valley. 6 miles to the Pigeon Forge Parkway 7 miles to The Island 8 miles to Dollywood 12 miles to Gatlinburg Take the back roads and miss the traffic, both Sevierville and Gatlinburg are only 15 minutes away.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire cabin, as well as the catch-and-release pond and overflow parking area near the front gate. The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad lock. You’ll receive your personalized gate and door codes the day before check-in. Arrive anytime after 4:00 PM. The road is fully paved from the main road to the cabin. Please note there is a brief steep section just after entering the gate before turning toward the cabin. 🚗 Winter Travel Tip: During snow or icy conditions, 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended, as the road may become slippery.
