We absolutely loved our time at Joyce's house and can't wait to return again! We only had a group of 4 but, there was so much room and amenities to keep a large group entertained! The swim spa and all of the interior and exterior fireplaces was my favorite part. We even saw a bear on the side of the road just chewing away on some vines. Great location as well!

My family loved our stay at this home. The views of the mountains were stunning. The location was great—close to downtown Gatlinburg as well as the national park. The home was very clean and basics were provided. The host Joyce was super kind and responsive. She gave great recommendations for local spots and helpful instructions for using the amenities. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful cabin with amazing springtime views from the balconies. Place is well maintained and the host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great visit and no doubt will some day return!

The house was very clean, organized, and well stocked with everything that you might need or have forgotten to bring. It is in a very peaceful little neighborhood that isn’t hard to find or get to. Will 100% be staying again!

The house is absolutely beautiful and it is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The views of the Smokey Mountains are stunning and the sounds of nature that surround you are so tranquil and peaceful. The house has everything you could possibly need and it is only a short drive into town. Joyce was a great host and went out of her way to check in with us, to ensure that we had everything we needed and that the house had met our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend Joyce’s house to family and friends.

Everything was very nice and clean and we had a great stay. The beds weren’t my favorite but that’s because I don’t sleep well in memory foam. Other than that everything was great

Our family had a wonderful time. The one problem we had with the firepit was my fault and they helped walk me through it. I would definitely stay here again.

The view was amazing! The kids loved the games and had their own room with a bunk bed. It was a quiet place with beutiful surroundings. Nice place to return to after a busy day playing in pidgron forge or walking the trails in the smokey mtns.

This house was everything we hoped it would be. We had plenty of space, the house was stocked with everything that we were told it would have and more. Best of all, we did see bears on multiple occasions. The beds were all very comfortable as well!!!

Great views! Great location- easily accessible to downtown Gatlinburg and to the National Park. Game room and hot tub were a plus. The house is very clean and included amenities were helpful and appreciated. Connective host. Would definitely stay here again!
